Summer looks like it is really here.
Emilee you are soooo gorgeous! Look are your hair shine. Thanks for starting our creative challenge for the summer. Here is my recipe:Mix one small package of vanilla instant pudding as directed on the box. Put in fridge
Whip one small carton of whipping cream then add 2 T. powder sugar and mix
Soften 1/2 package of cream cheese to room temperature (a few seconds in a microwave will do)
Beat the softened cream cheese in mixer until smooth
When pudding is set mix all three ingredients in the mixer on low until blended good.
Now slice a croissant roll down the middle, fill generously with cream mixture and add fresh fruit, berries, bananas, whatever you like and gather your family out on the lawn for a family night treat.

YUMM THOSE SOUND LIKE A DELIGHT, EXPECIALLY ON A HOT DAY. IM TRYING TO COME WITH SOMETHING GOOD.
